Master Service Agreement

This Master Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “MSA” or the “Agreement“) is a legal CONTRACT between YOU, YOUR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, and CONTRACTORS, and ANY OTHER ENTITY ON WHOSE BEHALF YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, based on your duly empowerment in this respect (hereinafter referred to as “YOU“) and CloudAstrix Inc with its principal place of business at 9 Wiek Street, Boksburg, Gauteng, South Africa, (hereinafter referred to as “CloudAstrix“). Any obligation incurred by “You” based on this MSA shall also be incurred and shall be read as to extend also to Your employees, agents and contractors and to any other entity on whose behalf you accept this Agreement.

The MSA shall include the Terms of Service (“TOS“), End-User License Agreement (“EULA“), Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP“), Support Service Agreement (“SSA“), Service Level Agreement (“SLA“), and Privacy Agreement (“PA“). You agree to be bound by all agreements in this MSA.

CloudAstrix reserves the right to supplement and/or amend, at any time, the terms and conditions of its MSA, including the EULA, TOS, AUP, SLA, and PA. CloudAstrix will notify You [3] days in advance through the Client Area portal or by email of any changes affecting the MSA including but not limited to the cancellation, payment of fees, or the SLA. In case no formal refusal is received from You with respect to the supplementation/amendment by the time of implementing the amendment, such shall be considered accepted. By acquiring the CloudAstrix services to which the TOS refers and the Software referred to by the EULA , You expressly accept any and all clauses of the MSA. The current version of the MSA supersedes any other previous MSA which may have been agreed upon at the time of your registration. Any change in the MSA that you may request must be agreed upon in writing by CloudAstrix. All agreements, instructions, notices, requests, demands, claims, approvals, consents and other communications hereunder shall be made in writing, either by registered letter or by e-mail, to the following
